July 2004 - Daybee finally gave in to the charms of Enderby and has been living here since February 2004. He says a big hi to all his AB/DL friends back east and he can be reached at daybee@foreverakid.com
Marcie and family are thriving on the " farm" and currently are raising a small family of cattle. Marcie's new email address is marcie@foreverakid.com
April 2002 - Well Daybee (Marcie's AB brother) has finally come out of his nursery to get Forever A Kid's webpage updated. It's been a little difficult as Daybee lives in Toronto and Marcie is, of course, in British Columbia, but we finally got it together. Check out our new products and fun pictures with live models! There is much to come...more pictures, more products and features yet to come, but we're getting there.
January 2002 - Things just keep on happening at Forever A Kid...thanks to all our new and repeat customers. Special thanks to the customer's who have been helping us expand our product line. Daybee is such a perfectionist, but the webpage update will be worth the wait...he promises.
June 2001 - Contrary to the lack of updates on this website, Marcie and Forever A Kid are very much in business, and Marcie and her seamstresses are keeping busy, but not too busy to take new orders. A lot of Marcie's business is repeat customers, so happy with their outfits that they now want to build a full Big Baby layette! For those who have been asking, Marcie, her husband, twin babies and toddler are all doing very well, even though everyone is a little busy.
Nov 1, 2000 - As many of you know, Marcie delivered a set of healthy twins on Sept 28, 2000 a boy and a girl. It's been a tough couple of months between the last month of her pregnancy and the arrival of her twins. This is compounded by the presence of her 18 month old son, who doesn't yet understand why Mom isn't all his (some of us can relate to that, eh?).
Things are starting to improve now, she's feeling a bit better and the twins are now thriving. Luckily, Marcie has trained 3 seamstresses with her techniques to continue Forever A Kid full speed ahead, with her directing and coordinating orders, with much faster turnaround then the past couple of months.
Marcie has over 120 happy customers to date from the past year and a half, many who have ordered multiple times. She and her seamstresses have been working full tilt to clear up the backlog and Marcie will get to your emails as soon as time allows.
Sept 22, 2000 - It's been quite a year for Marcie keeping busy with many orders and lots of happy, repeat customers. Word of mouth is her biggest advertisement, and has been keeping herself and her other seamstresses busy sewing.
Now Marcie is pregnant with twins ( a boy and a girl!) and due in early October. Until she adjusts to this family expansion, Marcie will no longer be available by phone. But she does have several seamstresses that are working with her and doing great work, so don't hesitate to contact her.
Oct 1, 1999 - Marcie is keeping very busy with many orders, and her new baby son.
Spring 1999 - Forever A Kid opens for business.
